Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buzjani web application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Buzjani provides tools for businesses and creators to connect social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), compose content, and publish or schedule posts and videos to accounts they own or are authorized to manage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to bind any business you represent. You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of each social platform you connect.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when registering and using the Service.

4. Third-party platform authorization

To publish content, you must authorize Buzjani through the official OAuth flows of Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and/or TikTok. You grant us permission to use stored access tokens solely to perform actions you initiate (publish, schedule, sync account information). You may revoke authorization at any time through the Service or through the respective platform's app settings.

You retain ownership of content you upload or write.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content to third-party APIs solely to provide the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
You must not use the Service to publish spam, illegal content, hate speech, or content that violates platform community guidelines.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the Service or connected APIs.
Access accounts or data you are not authorized to manage.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when connecting social accounts.
Use the Service in a way that violates Meta, TikTok, or other platform policies.

7. Scheduling and availability

Scheduled publishing requires the Service (and any tunnel or hosting you use) to be running at the scheduled time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Platform API changes, outages, or token expiration may prevent publishing.

8. Fees and plans

Some features may be limited by subscription plan. We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice where required by law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PUBLISHING WILL ALWAYS SUCCEED OR THAT CONTENT WILL REMAIN VISIBLE ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZJANI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) remain in effect.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
